Once your return is processed by our warehouse, the refund initiation is carried out. The warehouse processing can take up to 10 business days. The refund may take up to 3-5 bank days for the amount to appear in your account.
Return/Claim/Exchange
To start the return process, go to our return portal where all the relevant information is provided. If the portal is not working, returns can be made with any courier of your choice, but they must be sent directly to the return address specified on our website here.

If you encounter issues with the returns portal, you are welcome to return the item with any preferred courier. We require the return to be sent directly to the return address provided in our return portal for processing, after which a refund will be provided, allowing you to place a new order.

When we receive your return at our warehouse, the processing time can be up to 7-10 business days. Once your return is processed by our warehouse, the refund initiation is carried out. The transfer may take up to 3-5 bank days for the amount to appear in your account. You will receive a refund notification via email.
Shipping/Tracking
Once your order has been placed and processed by our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link.
Click on the tracking number link to track your order.
Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hours for the parcel to get the first scan in the system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
If you selected delivery to a parcel shop or pick-up point, the package may be waiting for you there.
If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will either leave the package in a safe location, bring it back to the storage unit or deliver it to a pick up point.
Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.
If you still are unable to locate the package, we recommend reaching out to the carrier for a quicker resolution.

Sittingsuits are equipped with heavy high-quality YKK zippers.
The zipper is a one-way zipper.
Sittingsuit is not equipped with pockets - but rather with practical side openings that provide easy access to your own pockets and bags underneath, as Sittingsuits are invented as an extra layer on top of your seasonal outerwear.
The materials we use are water repellant and wind proof, while also being breathable and light weight.
Sittingsuits are made from chemically tested fabrics, certified by Oeko-tex – the padding is made from 100% recycled plastic waste, also known as RPET - certificeret by Global Recycled Standard.

Sittingsuits can be machine or handwashed, or simply cleaned with a damp cloth. To keep them looking their best, wash at 40°.
Hang out to dry for 15 minutes – no tumble dry necessary.
